1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ReliableBooks services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

ReliableBooks provides professional accounting services including but not limited to:

• Individual tax preparation and filing
• Corporate accounting and bookkeeping
• GST/HST reporting and compliance
• Financial consultation services
• CRA correspondence assistance

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate financial information
• Maintaining proper records and documentation
• Timely payment of fees and services
• Reviewing all documents before submission
• Informing us of any changes to financial circumstances

4. Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with:

• Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) regulations
• Professional accounting standards and ethics
• Provincial regulatory requirements

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional accounting standards and applicable privacy laws. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReliableBooks liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Fees are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
